These Terms of Service govern your use of the Pantheon Drone Solutions website and the services we provide. By accessing our site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Pantheon Drone Solutions provides commercial exterior cleaning services including drone window and glass cleaning, facade power washing, and parkade cleaning. All services are subject to a separate written service agreement or accepted quote.
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. The price on a signed quote is the price on the invoice — no hidden fees or surprise charges.
The free demo clean offer is available to commercial property owners and managers in our service areas (BC and Alberta). One free demo per property. Pantheon reserves the right to decline demo requests at its discretion.
If you are not satisfied with the results of a completed service, notify us within 5 business days and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge. This guarantee covers work quality, not damage caused by pre-existing conditions of the building surface.
Pantheon carries $5M commercial liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to building surfaces or fixtures.
All drone operations are conducted in compliance with Transport Canada regulations, including required Special Flight Operations Certificates (SFOC). Clients are not responsible for obtaining permits.
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not use our content, images, or copy without written permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
